Gift Receipt - Hiding prices

To hide pricing, a customer can do this at time of checkout

1. From the order screen
   
2. When you get to gift option, you will be able to choose your delivery option and gift receipt.
   
3. In the lower left hand corner select "Add a Gift Receipt"
   
4. When the box populates choose "Gift Receipt"  and proceed with completing your order.
