Please contact us at support@snap.parts or call us at 1-802-727-4126 with your tracking number. Please also include pictures of the product that you have received. We will be happy to send you a replacement and partially refund your order.
To improve our own operations, we also ask that you provide us with the part number of the wrong product that you received. We will also provide a return label so that you may, whenever it is convenient for you, return the part.
