Please contact us at support@snap.parts - in order to process the warranty replacement we require your model number. We need to verify that it is being used in the appropriate unit. If we find that it is we will send out a replacement with no further questions. If it is not the right product for your model, we will provide you with a full refund and the correct part number to repair your unit.
